Author’s supervision is the final stage of the design project. Our architects carefully monitor all stages of construction, interact with construction crews, and control the schedule of construction work. All of this allows us to precisely implement the concept we have developed and create unique spaces filled with context and meaning.
Author’s supervision includes:
— site visits on schedule 1 time per week, telephone consultation during working hours я;
— site visits with clients to showrooms of suppliers to choose ordered items;
— interaction with furniture, lighting, and finishing materials suppliers;
— checking the manufacturer’s design drawings;
— making amendments and additions to the working documentation if necessary.
